Iced Sugar Cookie Butter Coffee Recipe

Who can ignore the aroma of warm, chewy sugar cookies straight from the kitchen? Not us! With this cookie butter coffee latte recipe that tastes exactly like your cookie favorite, you won't be capable of resisting it! Flavorings such as butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg are used for this classic iced coffee. It has a simple, down-home flavor with a hint of sweetness and spice, which is ideal for the Christmas season or the year-round cravings. This is a serving for two since you won't be able to share your own!


  • 2 cups of fresh brewed coffee (2 cups of filtered water+ 4 tbsp. ground coffee; our sugar cookie flavored coffee is recommended)
  • ½ tbsp. cookie butter
  • ½ cup half-and-half
  • 1 tbsp. white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Ice cubes


  1. Make the coffee with your preferred method.
  2. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  3. In a pot over low heat, mix half-and-half, white chocolate chips, vanilla syrup, and almond extract.
  4. Continue to stir while simmering until the white chocolate chips melt.
  5. In a blender, combine the cookie creamer, cookie butter, and coffee until smooth.
  6. Pour blended coffee over ice in a serving glass.
  7. Top it with whipped cream and serve.
